SQIW Program Pilot Study The Small Quantity Industrial Waste program, authorized by the Ministry of the Environment, to encourage the proper disposal of small quantities of hazardous waste. This two year study is an innovative program designed for any sized company that generates small quantities of hazardous waste. Special permitting from the MOE and the MOT allows businesses to transport their own hazardous waste to the Hotz facility, without the regulatory government registration and manifesting. If your business generates up to 500 gallons of hazardous waste per year, you are eligible for the SQIW program. One phone call can put you in the driver's seat.
